Eastern Region Darts Tournament Results

This event was held on Saturday 5 June at Pockets Snooker Club in Southend on Sea.

This being the fourth year of holding the event at Southend, it was pleasing to see some new faces turning up. Hopefully this will continue for the foreseeable future. On the whole a good day was had by all competitors with some very consistent darts being thrown.

After a day of closely fought competition the results were as follows:

Ladies Singles winner - Gill Livett - Runner up Leeann Wilson
Ladies Pairs winners - Leeanne Wilson & Theresa Muse - Runners up Lesley Maish and Kim Toyer
Men's Singles winner - Gary Cushion (Runner up was Derek Cole). Derek will be representing Eastern in the singles as Gary wishes to enter the team event
Men's team of 3 winners - Dave Tidd, Gary Cushion and Alan Tidd (Runners up - Derek Cole, Terry Dawson, Steve Hooker)

The winners will be invited to represent the Eastern Region at the CSSC National Finals in Stoke on Trent in November.
