Tickets ordered by 10am will be posted out same working day using Royal Mail Second Class Post providing that you have adhered to the T&C. However we do say allow up to 10 working days for delivery to allow for post.

I have tried to shop online and it timed me out. It is now saying that I have used my allocation, but I haven't.
Allocations are manually reset each working day and you will receive an email letting you know once this has been done so you will be able to reorder.
I went through to the checkout and my Address is wrong in the greyed out area, I can't change this, what can I do?
You will need to update your home address on the system as the one we hold for you is wrong. You can do this by clicking here. If your address does not match the address that your credit card holder has for you, we will be unable to process the order. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for this to update.
How long will my tickets be valid for?
All cinema tickets sold on the online shop will have a minimum of 3 months' expiry on them when sent. If there are cinema tickets with a shorter expiry, these tickets will be advertised at a discounted rate on the relevant page. If you are ordering tickets other than cinema tickets, these are usually only valid in the year that they are purchased. All tickets will have expiry dates on them. Please ensure that you check these upon receipt.
I have received an email telling me there was a problem with my order. What do I do next?
You will be contacted via email within 48 working hours with details on what to do next. The most common reason for this is due to not using a card which is registered to the home address that CSSC holds for you.
How do I know what my allocation is?
You can find out how many tickets that you have remaining on the ticket page. Hover over the Question Mark symbol and this will tell you how many you have remaining. If you have tried to place an order which hasn't gone through, and your allocation has been decreased, this will be reset for you on the next working day.
