Yorkshire Beach Fishing Results 2009

This winter's Beach matches got underway with 10 anglers turning out on the 7 November in good conditions for sea fishing.

The second match started out in dry, breezy conditions on the 5 December '09. Then, 3 hours into the match, the heavens opened and the wind turned southerly, making the fishing conditions difficult for the 10 brave souls who turned out.

The 3rd and final match took place on the 19 December '09 and started in bright, sunny but cool conditions. Then the snow started at about 16:45 and never stopped! When we left the beach, it must have been between 4 and 6 inches deep, which led to a very interesting journey home for all the 5 anglers who turned out.
