Did you Rise to the Challenge?

Sport Relief's 2008 "Rise to the Challenge" weekend proved to be wet and windy, but surely that didn't stop you?

Sport Relief is over for another year, but what did you do to 'Rise to the Challenge'? Perhaps you took part in a Sport Relief mile event or maybe you took part in something a bit different?

CSSC's Director of Operations, David Hayday, did his bit at the Chelmsford Sport Relief event: "I have to say, the weather was pretty dreadful - wet, windy and cold - but it was still a fun event and I completed my 3 miles before the heavens really opened! There were all sorts taking part, young and old, and I had to laugh when two women in fancy dress as the characters from the 118118 ads whizzed by me, only for one of their false moustaches to fall off and land in a huge puddle! Overall, I raised £250 for the appeal and I'm grateful to my colleagues and family for supporting me."

So what are your Sport Relief stories?

Let CSSC know how you supported Sport Relief; what you did and how much you raised. A selection will be published on the website. Click here nikki.allen@cssc.co.uk to send in your Sport Relief experiences and, if you have them, any photos.

To everyone that did something and rose to that challenge - well done!
