English Civil Service Bowls Winners

Bowlers qualify for International tournament following success at Leamington

The English Civil Service held their qualifying competition for the International bowls tournament being held in Perth in 2009.


English bowls areas were invited to send their champions to Leamington to determine the players that would represent England.


The winners were as follows:
Singles - Maurice Readhead
Pairs - Paul Finch and Mark Ireland
Triples - Paul Finch, Mark Ireland and Robert Smith
Rinks - Jon Ellis, Maurice Dyer, A. Liddington and Brian Liddington
