Calling all MOJ staff!

A call to become part of JURA East

Calling all MoJ staff in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Bedfordshire

Do you have ideas to cater for the recreational interests of MoJ staff in the Eastern region?

Whilst regions elsewhere have Justice Recreational Association (JURA) Committees, we in the Eastern region currently have no such offering to represent the views and interests of MoJ staff.

Clicking on the following link gives you a taste or what we could be running in our region:

Eastern Region

Wouldn't it be great to establish regional sports teams, arrange theatre and concert trips and any other recreational activity?

If you want to revisit your once-loved sporting passions or learn new ones, get involved in horse-riding, painting or singing, the time is ripe to get involved in shaping a brand new organisation from scratch.

Do you have the energy, enthusiasm and creative ideas to establish JURA East?

If so, we'd like to hear from you.

(Note that involvement counts towards personal development objectives, at line-manager discretion)

Anyone interested in getting involved, finding out what the organisation wishes to achieve or has activity ideas please contact Laura Edwards, Chair of JURA East via

lauraedwards77@hotmail.co.uk (home) or laura.edwards2@hmcourts-service.gsi.gov.uk (work)
