The Power of PartnershipDavid Bell

CSSC Sports & Leisure and HASSRA provide a complementary package of sporting, leisure and membership benefit opportunities to all of their members. Working together in partnership, CSSC and HASSRA ensure that members receive more choice and value for money than ever before.

CSSC helps fund HASSRA activity through an annual grant of around £150,000 per year. Put quite simply, the more people who join CSSC from the Department for Work and Pensions, Department of Health, and the Food Standards Agency, the more money HASSRA receives. As HASSRA passes most of its subscriptions back to its regions and local clubs to help fund activity at grass roots level, this money directly benefits HASSRA members.

CSSC members can also gain financial assistance from local CSSC Area Associations which every member is automatically a member of, irrespective of where they live. Funding for Areas amounts to over £1,300,000 per year.

However, the benefits of close working between HASSRA and CSSC go well beyond finance. Both organisations are committed to working together to provide the best overall range of sporting, leisure and recreational opportunities for members and prospective members within the business areas covered by HASSRA. If you can, please support that goal by working to support both HASSRA and CSSC whenever you can.
