Home Office Sports Day 2009 - Results

While Glastonbury revellers battled through muddy fields, competitors at the 58th Annual Home Office sports day basked in glorious sunshine.

Hosted by the Home Office Sports and Social Association (HOSSA), the event on 26 June 2009 saw staff from Home Office headquarters and agencies from across the UK battle it out on the fields of the civil service sports ground in Chiswick, London.

The race was on in track and field events, as well as in cricket, football, netball, rounders, tennis, hockey and rugby matches. There was even room for a game of petanque and a tough tug of war.
