We hope that staff from the Home Office and all of its Agencies will make a special effort to mark this day by coming along to compete in the various events or to support their colleagues.

This year the Home Office Sports Day will be held on Friday 26 June 2009 at the Civil Service Sports Ground, Chiswick, London W4. We hope that staff from the Home Office and all of its Agencies will make a special effort to mark this day by coming along to compete in the various events or to support their colleagues. Volunteers to help with the running of the day are also welcome and needed.

Entrance to Sports Day is free, to all staff in the Home Office and its Agencies, and there will be the usual range of activities for everyone: the competitive track and field events with provision for veterans, cricket, football, hockey, womens and mixed netball, tennis, petanque, tug-o-war, mixed rounders, touch rugby and golf competitions.
