• Provide a complete service covering all aspects of fitness centre management through Alpha Fitness Management Solutions. These will include day to day operation, provision of qualified instructors, membership recruitment and retention, funding and financial controls. All you need do is provide the venue, which could be the prepared site for a brand new facility or an already established fitness centre which you would like Alpha to manage on your behalf.

We will:

• Provide central support in market research, open day to gauge interest, marketing material pre and post opening and maybe more importantly liaise with management
• Listen to your needs, provide the necessary equipment and when required staffing options. We will also make sure that all members and occupants of the building are kept up to date with all CSSC activities, national and local, sporting & leisure.
• Help to enlist volunteers for the local committee if the Alpha managed offer is not undertaken
• Keep in regular contact with the local volunteers and offer support as and when required.
