CSSC Health and Fitness Centres

Studies show that exercise is a great way for employees to unwind from the stresses of the working day, resulting in increased staff motivation and productivity. But whilst most of us recognise the benefits of regular exercise, all too often we find that lack of time or costly health club membership fees discourage us from participating as we would wish. It is the aim of CSSC to help government departments, agencies and related organisations set up their own first class fitness centres at highly competitive rates, using top quality fitness equipment, and allowing employees membership at a fraction of private health club prices. Large or small, each centre is designed according to the space allocated and the number of members expected to join, and CSSC Alpha Fitness Management Solutions will help create a great club environment.

CSSC Health and Fitness Centres are collaborations between CSSC and departments/agencies/BT/ Royal Mail, and are often run locally by an elected committee, although a full facilities managed service is offered by CSSC if required. Working in partnership with the department and its staff, CSSC provides free expert guidance and design services, with interest free loans for the purchase of equipment. The department itself provides the necessary space and changing facilities.
