Event Description

Enjoy a day of competition on a closed tarmac circuit, free from traffic. There will be a mix of different types of races to allow you to experience some of the aspects of cycling.

What do I need?

  • A road bike. It would be possible to use a mountain bike but in terms of competitiveness these would give a big disadvantage.

  • Yourself.

Where - Curborough Sprint Course, 2 miles north of Lichfield. Directions can be e-mailed Map

Events

  • Time trial - approx 3 miles

  • Points race

  • Scratch race

  • Sprint time trial - approx 60 seconds
