The next CSSC Eastern Region Council meeting will take place on Thursday 8^th December 2011 at the ACAS Office, Bury St Edmunds (Acas House, Kempson Way, Suffolk Business Park, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP32 7AR). The meeting will start at 10.00am and be followed at 1.00pm by a three-course Christmas lunch at The Fox & Hounds, Barton Road, Thurston, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP31 3QT (Tel: 01359 232228).

As in previous years, the region will pay for the lunch of all regional sports organisers. Area Associations will be expected to pay for lunch for their representatives using funding from their area budget, the cost is £21.95 for each person. Departmental representatives are also expected to use their own budget for their lunch. As the restaurant seats a maximum of 28 people some restriction may need to be applied to the number of representatives attending.

Please complete this registration form (including menu selections) whether attending or not by Friday 25^th November 2011 as the region needs to pay a non-refundable deposit per person for the lunch. Please could Area Associations and Departmental representatives please provide a cheque for the full amount for their representatives by this date.
