CSSC Men's Rep Match Against YorkshireNick Kershaw v Yorkshire

Yet again this year the Yorkshire side proved too good for the CSSC team winning by 238-156, at Hillcrest b.c. Sowerby Bridge on Sunday 25 April.

Maybe this game comes too early in the season, catching the CSSC cold, but we are fast running out of excuses. The Yorkshire side bowled exceptionally well and gave the CSSC a tough task in every individual game. We had three winners; Nick Kershaw (DWP Manchester) 21-15, Jonathan Edmondson (Royal Mail, Leeds) 21-16, and Stephen Mellor (HMRC Oldham) 21-18.

The match is always played in a good spirit, albeit in a very acceptable competitive manner, and CSSC look forward to turning the tables against our annual opponents next year.
