CSSC Wales - Francis Penlington (Royal Mail, Chester)

A special mention must also go to Veronica Lyon who won the CSSC Ladies Merit for the second year in succession, and took the CSSC Ladies Pairs title with Linda Hough, was defeated by the eventual winner in the CSSC National Individual final, and was runner up with partner Steve Peters in the CSSC Mixed Pairs final.

Veronica has also won four major pairs titles, outside of the CSSC, this year, with her partner Maureen Lyon, she is a regular county bowler and an enthusiastic member of the CSSC Ladies Representative side
